A private villa on a clifftop above the Atlantic — five suites, rented as a whole, never shared.

Located near the famous Praia da Pipa, our villa is decorated with regional art that reflects the charm of Brazil's Northeast — rustic wooden décor, vintage pieces, abundant natural light, and folding doors that allow the walls to disappear, creating a seamless extension between the house, the garden, and the sea view.
Casa da Falésia is a private property, rented exclusively as a whole — complete privacy, ideal for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five suites, with multiple outdoor spaces and an infinity pool.
Book a StayThe terrace opens onto sun loungers, hammocks, the garden, and a panoramic view of Praia do Giz. A lounge, bar, BBQ area, wood-fired oven, and hammock nets complete the outdoor space. One of the best moments of the day is watching the moon rise over the cliff.

Five suites, each different. Same cliffs, same silence — but the light changes, the relationship to the sea changes, and the feel changes completely.

A double-bedded room facing the Atlantic. Sea view through the window.
The biggest balcony in the house.

Queen bed, sea-facing. Named for the breeze that carries through the open window.
The most generous of the sea-view rooms for a couple.

A twin room overlooking the garden. The quieter side of the house, away from the sea's direct light.
Cooler in the afternoon, softer at night.

Two beds, both turned toward the Atlantic. Sized for two couples sharing or a family travelling together.
The most flexible of the rooms.

The corner room. Twin beds, garden view, and the most separation from the rest of the suites.
Quiet — even by the standards of this house.

“Built on the cliff, opened to the wind.”
The house is set at the top of the cliff in Tibau do Sul. Folding accordion doors collapse the line between the living space and the landscape, so the kitchen, lounge and terrace work as one room. Rustic finishes, regional art, and a lot of natural light.
